Ask A Vulture CapitalisT(tm)
Q: If one has had trouble gaining traction, or, if their business idea involves intellectual property and trade secrets (Book Value: $0.00), doesn’t that intangible asset have a value which easily could secure capital or loans?
What if the company is working in an R&D intensive industry, and must invest into the process in order to generate returns?
A: Like most tech companies, the financials are irrelevant and they may spend many years accessing capital in the form of various rounds of capital (Tesla, We Work and Uber come to mind) creating large amounts of accumulated deficit over the years, and not reach profitability or be able to show meaningful positive cash flow for quite some time.
In fact, if one were to examine the Dot Com Bust of 1999/2000, some day thousands of companies were funded by Venture Capitaists, but only 3 major ones survive until today, one of which is Amazon.
Amazon; which for years showed perpetual losses, and wasn’t able to turn a it’s first profit or show positive earnings, until it acquired an existing “real” business: Whole Foods, which catapulted it to the ranks of the world’s largest corporation by market capitalization. Many other companies are arguably bigger or stronger If evaluated on different metrics.

After falsely arresting him, and then charging him with 6 felony counts which he pleaded down to the misdemeanor: 1 count of “damaging a police car” like he told the director of Cases .org, Power of Attorney to Herbert Diess, Chairman of VW, will close the contract with NYPD.
The corporate Checkbook for the Accelersted Sciences Corporation (Motorious, Inc) remains at Ryker’s Island Prisoner’s Property. There, you will find (in triplicate: $5,000.00 RETAINER: Frankfurt, Kleiner, Kurnit, Selz, who has yet to bill any hourly services against this retainer.
